Learn Python programming as it has huge demand in the job market. You can also learn self-service BI or data visualisation tools like Tableau, Qlikview, etc. Suppose you are not interested in core programming. In that case, you can learn manual testing, try to get some training in the same area, and after a couple of years of experience you can switch to automated testing which has profitable career growth.

You can learn Python if you have some interest in programming. It has a massive demand in the job market. You can also learn data visualisation tools like Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI etc. if you want to develop some skills other than core programming. Should have basic knowledge about programming though for initial screening and interviews.
