Electrons are not present inside the nuclear but it revolve around the nucleus just like earth revolve around the sun . The reason for revolving is that ,there is some force of attraction which holds electrons in its orbit and as we know there are many electrons are present around nucleus and that number of electrons depends on atomic number of element.

Electrons are part of atom .and these electrons always revolve around the nucleus just like earth revolve around sun 🌞.and there exists some force between electrons and nucleus and so nucleus holds electrons in it orbit and the number of electrons present around nucleus depends on atomic number of element which means it depends on number of number of protons present inside the nucleus. It is just like force of attraction between poles of magnet where there exists attraction between+be and -ve pole just like that in any atom attraction between postive charged protons and negative charged electrons exists.
