Let the number of stamps Ram had be "a" and the Number of stamps Ankush had be "b" Total number of stamps together held = 4500 Given : "a + b" = 4500, and "a" had 4/5 of b let us find 'b" a + b = 4500 therefore "b" = 4500 - a by the given statement "a" = 4/5 of "b" we get a = 4/5 ( 4500 - a) ... ...more

generally a tutor providing tutions for mathematics and science at his home will charge a nominal fee ranging from 700 to 1000 rs depending upon the locality where he teach
