IdentityDr. Sushilji is the founder member of the Yogeshwar Yog Vidya Foundation. He has more than 20 years of experience in Yoga Teaching, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Training and in Yoga Research. He has imparted Yoga education, training & yoga therapy to thousands of People of diverse sections of the Society.
Dr. Sushilji started his career through corporate companies later his interest turned to Yoga & Spirituality.
In Yoga he did number of full time long term courses starting from certificate courses in Yoga & Yoga Therapy to Diploma Course in Yoga & naturopathy, Master Degree Course in Yoga Philosophy & meditation to two doctorate degree courses (PhD) in Yoga Philosophy and in Hindu studies from reputed Yoga Institutes & Universities. He is also done long term courses like psychotherapy and counseling and Vedanta course from reputed institutes.
He has good experience of participating in number of Yoga conferences, seminars and in Yoga research activities.
He has completed research projects on effects of Integrated Yoga on hypertension and heart problems and also on patients of Mental Disorders (PhD). Yet another Doctorate research project completed on Development of Human Potential through Yogic practices.
He is also very good in imparting psychotherapy, counseling and life coaching.
He and his team members are running all activities through this non-profit organization â??Yogeshwar Yog Vidya Foundationâ??..
