Strong research and analytical skills, sensitivity to learners’ needs and their learning styles and being able to develop learner centred lesson plans have helped me achieve specific learning outcomes. With a pleasant and confident personality I establish a good rapport with the learners which inspires them to learn and work towards their passion.
