Overview

I have always wanted to become a teacher. In my school days I would help my fellow mates study and explain to them complex lessons in matters of minutes. In college I volunteered at a small school for the under priviledged and enjoyed teaching children poetry and other subjects. My mantra to teaching is simple, make the student comfortable with the subject. Never rush through the syllabus(the schools are already doing so!) I like to try innovative ways to make history and literature interesting for the student like using visuals for better comprehension. For students in college my approach is different, I try to make it more interactive. I want students to not just do well but also enjoy themselves while doing so.
