I have multi- sector exposure to running companies at different stages (start-up, established, turnaround settings) having worked very closely with 4 MD's / CEOs in my 15 year career. During the course of my stint I have worked across extremely critical functions ranging from Strategy, Corporate Affairs, BD & Marketing, Operations & SCM, HR & of course Corporate Finance.

Thanks to the diverse exposure over the years (Wellness & Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, Furnishings, Financial & Consulting Services, Education), I have developed a strong natural ability to draw learnings from multiple sectors & domains and adapt, apply them in varied contexts. This empowers my strategic thinking & decision making capabilities. Also I have smartly blended my hands-on approach with the imperative of building and driving high potential teams towards meticulous execution.
