IdentityApart from Mindfulness based art and craft enthusiast I work as a full time Filmmaker. I was born in the small town of Nasik in Maharashtra and is currently based in Mumbai. My sessions include Artist Studies, Nature Studies, Symbol Study, Art through Mythological Study and many more interesting topics for kids.
Through mindfulness based art activities kids learn creativity, patience and determination, confidence, the ability to give and receive positive feedback.
What is MINDFULNESS?
Have you ever made it through the day, only to realize that you've been so busy and your mind so full of the tasks you needed to accomplish that you have barely had a moment to take a deep breath, enjoy a good laugh or truly engage in a heartfelt conversation? Have you ever arrived at a destination only to realize you barely remember the journey (even though you were the driver)? I've had too many of these experiences, and am often frustrated with the frantic pace of life, my tendency to operate on "auto-pilot", and seeming lack of balance that I possess.
