Shezil started her training career with Wipro spectramind as a communications coach & worked there for over a year.

Later she moved to KITES which is a sub division of Karrox technologies for some time.

She has trained the agents of Allianz Cornhill, Trivandrum on Customer service, Telephone Etiquette and Accent Neutralization.

Since the past 4 yrs she is working independently.

She has conducted customized training in communication skills, Sales, personality development, Interpersonal skills, presentation skills, team building, Negotiation skills etc for clients like Accutech pvt ltd, Kairav Chemofarbe pvt ltd & Wuerth India pvt ltd.

She is also associated with Training companies like Crux management services, Shaman services, NIS academy & trained their clients namely ICICI bank, Axis bank, Barclays bank & Pfizer Animal health division.

Shezil is Certified by British council on spoken English and worked with Teach India as volunteer, taught English to underprivileged children.

She has also developed content for trainers on Stress management, corporate etiquette, stress management and listening skills.

Worked with Edusharp finishing school as a training consultant,training graduates on workplace skills.
