ex Taj Group Of Hotels, Trained many BPOs, Telecom Companies etc.


Ajoy after doing his MBA, started his career with the Taj Group of Hotels (where he was lucky to have been trained in all the departments for an entire year).

He subsequently spent a few years in the advertising industry where he got a different insight of customers. He then moved on to Training and has trained staff of the top BPOs, Telecom Companies and Banks such as Yes Bank and Deutsche Bank.

He has trained across all levels - junior, middle and senior employees of companies.

He has the ability to build a quick rapport with younger participants.

He has also taught at various Management Institutes.
