I have taught Photoshop and Corel Draw, along 3DS Max and Maya for two and a half years at Giant Wheel. I managed students of different age groups and was able to adapt to different students and the method needed to teach them. I believe in teaching something in a way that a student might find value in it. The application being the main aspect. Having come across many types of kids, I have clearly noticed that none seem to start off at the same maturity or with the same base knowledge. Which is why groups can particularly being problematic. So I believe in finding out or testing each student on their proficiency in computers, before just starting the course. After that it's just about explaining things in way the student can relate.
