I have managed to become more flexible, lost quite a lot of inches and also have a feel good factor about myself now. Her diet advises are very effective at the same time very easy to follow. I managed to lose around 8 kgs in less than 3 months. A very hardworking and disciplined girl and a special mention about her punctuality. She is never ever late for a session."
