I have been giving yoga home classes for the last three years with a professional yoga Institute. I have been giving yoga for health issues like weight/fat loss, C section, body pain, sinus, breathing problems, frozen shoulder, hypertension, sleeping disorder, diabetes, back massage etc. I would like to work with you as well. "Was suffering from hypertension and my cholesterol was high. With regular yoga sessions with Ravi Sir improved my condition in about 3 months. One thing which I liked is, he takes regular flow up by msgs. My wife too lost 4 Kg in 3 months. Thanks Sir. "

"I had gain weight which was causing me lower back pain. With two months of yoga classes, I lost fair amount of weight. My back pain has really diminished and I feel lot better and healthy. Sir is very polite and punctual. Although, he is not professional at massage, but he use to give simple back massage, which helped me reduce the stresses in my back. Thank you sir. "

It depends on what you achieve. Gym is good for fitness, but it can't heal your internal organs and mind. You might have never heard any doctor say that you have some issues in lungs, do gym! Sports is good, it build character, adds fitness and discipline in your, but again it doesn't heal the mind.... ...more

It depends on what you achieve. Gym is good for fitness, but it can't heal your internal organs and mind. You might have never heard any doctor say that you have some issues in lungs, do gym! Sports is good, it build character, adds fitness and discipline in your, but again it doesn't heal the mind. There are many cases where sportsman breaks down mentally. Yoga is the only form which addresses physical, mental and internal health of the body.

It depends on what you achieve. Gym is good for fitness, but it can't heal your internal organs and mind. You might have never heard any doctor say that you have some issues in lungs, do gym! Sports is good, it build character, adds fitness and discipline in your, but again it doesn't heal the mind. There are many cases where sportsman breaks down mentally.
