By Gods grace I was very fortunate to start my career at an early age and started working along with my studies. Worked in different industries and finally moved into BPO's. I have completed my MBA in HR and Training is a division under the HR umbrella BPO has boomed in the last 15 years and I was soon to realize it and grabbed all possible opportunities that came my way. I took up coaching sessions for new hires and bottom performers on the production floor and soon my skill were noticed and got an opportunity to move up the ladder as a trainer Have been Training over 8 years for several industries. The best part of BPO's are that you can have multiple clients from several industries under one roof. Being a part of training Team is very dynamic job as you are cross skilled over several products and several industries and have an opportunity to keep gaining more knowledge and also are in touch with International standards and technologies I am more of a facilitator and a trainer who would like my audience to be completely involved in the sessions, I train and keep testing the audience with several activities to check their understanding of the subject I have trained trainees of all possible age groups from a school student to a person approaching retirement and have received various awards
