"Very bad experience with urbanpro. Communication part is very weak. Student have no idea when they will take next class. My son could hardly attend 4 classes out of 10 classes and now they are saying to pay fees again. "

You have not paid me directly you have paid to urbanPro please discuss with the support team they will explain everything.
