The training passion started when I used to work with International Bank J P Morgan Services. I managed team with only focus on Derivatives accounting for US markets. Later I built training module which could train a new joiner all about derivatives concepts and what should be understood from accounting perspective.

After some time,I started training Indian team which was managing Indian funds.

Now I have own firm dealing with physical trading of agriculture commodities on NCDEX/MCX platform.

So a student would not just get training on equity derivatives but also on metals, energy and agriculture commodities along with practical aspects.

I use power point presentations along with showing the trades on real time basis which gives correct understanding of how markets work.
