I am a Yoga teacher from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger. I deal with traditional yoga, which can improve total well being of a person. Total well being involves physical, mental and emotional issues of all types getting resolved. Psychological issues, psychosomatic problems, Personality development etc. can also be tackled through this Yoga. When a person starts doing yoga, he starts leading a yogic life. Yogic life involves asanas, Pranayamas, relaxation, meditation, mantras etc. all these when are done in sequence give total health including mental health, relaxation of tensions, anxieties, fears etc. from your personality. That's why I said earlier that it improves the total well being of a person. Sometimes so many people have problems of lack of self confidence, self esteem, inferiority complex etc. which they are not able to tell to anybody but they suffer. Yoga and living a yogic life can resolve all these issues.
That's why I feel that every person of India should take yoga in their lives and lead a very happy, peaceful and healthy yogic life. Yoga has been given to this world from India. As per our scriptures, Lord Shiva has the first Guru of Yoga in India. We Indians should feel proud that Yoga has been preserved by us and it is being spread from India to all over the world.
