I am a Mechanical Engineer with my expertise in all its subjects related. Qualified GATE twice in ME stream. Beside this I am a National Level chess player, an artist and a trouble shooter. I play violin in my leisure time. I tried almost everything in my life for a life experience. I believe in nothing is impossible and can make an average a gifted. Its all how you carry forward your thought. I have worked in industry for about two years. Presently I am a freelancer who takes projects from all over the world through a company based in Canberra, Australia. I have solved over 50 projects in 10+ disciplines from top universities including Caltech University.

I am a working professional. Have been working for the past two years. I want to do an executive MBA, which requires a min of four years of work experience before applying. So, when should I start studying for CAT which would help me score a good score, and help me get into the right college?

It would need 18 months of regular 4-hour study or 12 months of regular 6-hour study, and six months of 9-hour regular study to clear CAT.

Which kind of book one should prefer for the best results in GATE (Mechanical Engineering)?

Topic wise study is best.. Made easy materials are very helpful... If you don't have those go for any standard book topic wise...

I work everyday 8-9hours in my dad's office. However, I wish to be a bank PO and I am looking forward to prepare myself for the same. I'm great at engineering and conversations but Maths I need to practice, I have quite fair knowledge in general knowledge too. How long would I need to prepare myself to clear the exam with good scores? Should I join a class for the same?

You only need practice and a month full of it is enough.. If you join class for the same you can escalate your study..however it all depends on time you devote on practice.
