I am a Counselling Psychologist with a passion for enabling children to have a healthy and holistic personality. I have over 4 years of experience in conducting Life skill sessions along with Individual Counselling with children and adolescents in Chennai and Mumbai. Learning can happen at every moment and through any activity. I love coaching through experiential activities so that the learning is internalized effectively. A core focus of all my coaching is to develop a sense of inner connectedness within each participant and a high self esteem. Some of the schools where I have worked either in Group or individual settings are Aditya Birla World Academy, Chinmaya Vidhyala, Lady Andal Venkatasubba Rao Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan.
Creating and executing content to enrich learning and development is one of my core competencies and passion. Using REBT techniques and harnessing Multiple intelligence modalities a new world of experiential learning is created.
