Okinawa Gojuryu Karatedo India

Our academy namely "Okinawa Gojuryu Karatedo India" was founded by Shihan Viraf Vatcha who is a 7th Dan Black belt in Gojuryu karate. He has a rich experience of 33 years in this field. He is also the treasurer of "Karate Association of India" which is the only national federation for karate sports in India. Our academy has its branches in Mumbai and affiliated centres in other states. Our students have also won gold and silver medals in state and national tournaments and also in International tournaments. Karate inculcates discipline and self confidence in children and adults.
We also give training in Practical Self Defence to Adults who are not interested in learning the intricacies of Karate nor in achieving belts and certificates. This course teaches a person how to defend himself in a dangerous situation. It also makes the individual physically fit. This course is more suitable for working men/women and house wives.
