With all due respect,
I would strongly encourage you to avoid tuition for your child at such an early stage as your child is only in class 4.
The reason your child is not able to cope with mathematics is because of lack of self-study and practice in maths, which is a fundamental approach.
I would suggest you speak to the school teacher and make a culture of self-study with your child. Believe me; it will wonderfully change your child's academic performance not only in maths but also in other subjects.
