I have long 5 years of web development experience from scratch till deployment and counting. I am expert of not only developing the web app but how best it can be done with the best fitted technologies (open source) available.

First of all, it depends what you wanted to know in Python. Just fundamentals or wanted to build some serious app. If you simply wants to get familiar with Python with fundamentals and FUMs (Frequent Used Modules) that will take around 15-20 hours with fee 10000 but if you looking for building Web app... ...more
First of all, it depends what you wanted to know in Python. Just fundamentals or wanted to build some serious app. If you simply wants to get familiar with Python with fundamentals and FUMs (Frequent Used Modules) that will take around 15-20 hours with fee 10000 but if you looking for building Web app using Django than the time to complete it would be slightly more then that and it gonna take 25-30 hours (excluding the assignments) and fee would be 13000. The training is mostly based on practical usage rather then theoretical, so all the concept you will get cleared by creating or applying in the real based scenarios.

how can i develop a python project without disturbing python core

Look at mkvirtualenv and its usgae, module is available for Linux as well as for window machine. So basically you are a creating a environment to install only python version and its depended package without interfering with other env or system installed python version and its dependent package.
