"Buying a DSLR for the first time was exciting but using it was very confusing . None of the settings except AUTO made sense. Your FAST workshop was great....and I have never used any other mode apart from MANUAL ever since. I did have reservations and doubts about understanding a DSLR in 4 hours. But after being a part of the workshop, I believe it was time and money well invested. And the Light IT UP! workshop...Don't have enough words. It was fun, inspiring and taught-full. This workshop taught me many things about portrait photography. Now even I can click good pictures of people around me. I don't think I would ever visit a studio to get my or my family/friends pictures. Your style is really good. It helps us understand and learn in a better manner along with great fun filled practice sessions. Looking forward to have some fun filled photo walks with you."

"The workshop was indeed excellent. I had a wonderful experience on your inaugural LIGHT IT UP! workshop. I actually learned lighting techniques and understood how to make a good portrait by using studio lights and reflectors and last but not least, Light meters. I actually learned they play very important role and it makes easy for photographer to play in Manual mode by changing the values of shutter speed and aperture. Thank you so much for superb workshop. I am looking forward for more workshop on studio lights."

"It was indeed a wonderful experience to spend a day with Girish & learn ‘Light for Photography’. The workshop was designed & conducted in a simplistic & easy-to-understand manner. I recommend this workshop to all fellow photographers before starting a new journey of ‘flash lights’ – it provide ample time for hands-on experience. The mentor, techniques, theory, hands-on experience, venue, host & food…everything was just awesome !! - Vipul Mathur "
