Where there is a will, there is a way.
I can assure that if you are willing, none can stop you. You need to warm up and take care of your vocal health. Then start singing a single note for hours to make your vocal cord stable. then you can practice staccatto notes and finally legato. The time you are able to sing legato,you can think you are qualified to sing. Its a step by step process and you can surely achieve if you are willing to give your time and dedication. All the very best.
