"Jerrai - The Gymnasium that cannot be trusted BREACH OF TRUST - It started with first day of my enrollment where in I was cheated by.the personnel at the reception who did not inform me about "Happy Hour" offer. It came to me as a surprise when I was informed by another member who had availed the offer on the same day of my registration. Women Unfriendly Gymnasium - Inspite of paying the full stipulated amount I was restricted to use all the equipment in the gymnasium. The basement of the gymnasium is always occupied by groups of male member (most of them are instructors) who create great inconvenience to female members who want to use the gymnasium equipment. Incorrect Space Management - To many equipment cramped in too less space, due to which we cannot exercise without obstruction there are high chances of members brushing against each other or bumping with the equipment's I was under the wrong impression that Jerrai is very professional and provides great service but this has now been corrected. I have not been coming to the gym for the past 4 months and nobody has not bothered to check on my status. This confirms my belief on how unprofessional Jerrai is !!! "
