5 years ago, I weighed in at a whopping 135 kilos! I tried to lose it through fad diets & a short-lived motivation to workout. It had come to the a point where the thought of "where or how do I start?" kept on repeating itself in my head & kept me spiraling down. Well, fast-forward to the present time, I stand at 6'2 & weigh 85 kilos & the best part is that I learned to do it all by myself. Fitness is my passion & over the years I've learnt that passion is ultimately something that one learns by him/herself & in turn passes on that knowledge to enlighten another. I assure you that not only will I help you shed the excess baggage but I will help you realize that whatever your mind can conceive it will achieve.
