Regularly talk to people & read useful articles, news, information & views. Enrol with an English trainer. All these will help you to speak & write correct English.

Hi, the first thing is to start speaking without hesitation, be favourable. Nobody judges you so much. By talking to people, you will improve & be confident in your speech. At the same time refer grammar books, do loud reading get enrolled with an English class. You can speak the right good English.
