Hi Pooja, Any brand of laptop / desktop would do as long as it has a minimum of corei3 processor (although I would strongly recommend corei5 processor based system), with a minimum of 8 Gb Ram (DDR3 or higher), 1 TB Hard Disk, with Windows 10 preloaded. Is there anyone in the world who can hack Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) if given an open challenge by the Election Commission itself?

The answer is yes. In fact just recently some college students were given this assignment by the government. They identified several flaws on the evm machines which made them vulnerable to many types of hacking attacks. Hopefully those weaknesses will be taken care of by the next election
