Over 10 Years of experience training BPO (Call centre) executives in the fine art of conversation. Prior to that, was engaged in providing 'spoken English' training to professionals from the media and film industry. Currently pursuing a prolific career as a freelance Content Developer and Language Coach. Am very easy with kids and get along with all kinds of hard cases. I love to teach what I know and my students love to learn from me.
