I have been a special education teacher for over 10 years and although don't regret my experience. I also have a certificate in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language).

Over the past several years I have gone on a tremendous journey of learning. I have progressed from a very structured, in control, type teacher to one that is allowing the students to discover their own learning and question more of what they want to know. I have become more of a facilitator than an expert. Helping the child reach their utmost potential is something that I strongly believe in and persevere to do.

I also believe in bettering myself. To that regard, I'm also pursuing my certification in Speech and Drama.
