Hi Akash, there is no substitute to hard work and learning from failures is a process to success. I would like to suggest following points: 1. Focus on your Strength and Weakness. Work hard and practice on your weak areas. 2. Simultaneously you should start concentrating on your post graduation or professional courses in finance like ICWA, MBA in finance etc that will surely help you with assignments in future. 3. Banking is not only the option like it used to be earlier. These days there are equal opportunities available in other sectors as well like E-commerce, Fashion industry, Web world etc. So, you may explore accordingly as per your interest. Good luck.
