Teaching the traditional Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga style. My focus will be on each individual needs but as a trainer I will sum up the complete sequence with my own way of techniques which will include the very basic needs of yoga asanas and pranayamas. As we all know Yoga is a journey of our own self, one needs patience, dedication, believe, keep positive intentions and surrendering to the self. I am going to guide you through out the journey so please open your heart and be ready to receive what I'll be sharing. I came across so many students who wants the result asap but when they started their journey they realize yoga is not something which can attain in rush.
I have seen the changes in their postures, flexibility, strength, focus, thoughts, personality and the energies around them. Of course it takes time but it does work and long last, it will surely change your lifestyle which will lead you towards a positive attitude of life which will automatically turns you to a healthy being living a healthy life. Losing weight is not an issue but taming and controlling our mind matters a lot. I would say our mind is the reason behind of all the bad and good things happening around.
