Topics Covered1) Basics of gymnastic movements like handstands, headstands, l- sits etc.
2) Learning to keep the core engaged and train the central nervous system to manage body balance to keep the core active and the eliminate lower back stiffness and pain.
3) Learning to use leverage to increase or decrease difficulty of exercises usiing only body weight.
4) Sports specific training using only bodyweight and gymnastic rings, medicine ball, swiss ball, resistance bands etc.
