what is the definition of pranayam.

Prana means life force energy,infact the whole world is created just bcuz of prana,yama means rhythmic breathing......

For hair loss what are the tips in YOGA?

Practice seetali and seetkari breathing exercises..will help tu prevent frm hair loss nd greying of hair....

Q.Why most of yoga Instructors stop practicing yoga for themselves ?

Bcuz those instructor r not passionate about their individual workout,also they say tat they cant get time due tu lack of time... I personally fo 1 hour fr myself fr my personal on daily basis workout it may b swimming,gymming yoga,stretching or jogging..

I am looking to attend group yoga classes in Sanjay nagar with less than 500 per month as fee. Could anyone help?

Hi..there is yoga power studio at mahavir nagar,Kandivali w,they charge 12000 per year so it comes to 1000 rs per month.....
