To bring up weak students to the class level has always been a challenge and I have been successful in the mission. Interactive sessions are taken so that the students do not lose interest. Pesonal attention is provided so that help can be rendered to them and they get excellent marks. 20 years of rich teaching experience of secondary section. Editor of English articles for school magazines also encouraged students to develop an interest in writing articles.Presently I am the editor of a monthly Newsletter of one.of the Rotary clubs. Trained students for inter- school oratory competitions and other competitive exams. Mentored board students provided assistance to them in all possible ways by giving them to solve past papers and then correcting those papers and discussing them.I was apart of the Selection committee to select English History/Civics and Geography curriculum books
