Can we master in a week what we are struggling to achieve all our lives? Will we finally find speaking, writing and that most important of communication skills -- convincing -- easier and doable? No doubt, communication cannot be mastered in a week's time, but we could learn to be attentive to what we have missed and to feel more confident about expressing ourselves through speech, writing and non-verbal communication.
