I started off in second year of my graduation for two reasons: 1.passion for teaching which used to push me to pursue it. 2.pocket money. I believe there is a dent in the conventional teaching methods, i can say this from experience since i was a part of it.Since my first class i have been devising new ways to make my pedagogy student oriented for maximum output.i believe in learning of a concept and not scoring,albeit the latter one had proved to be of immense importance over the years and has stood the test of time among students,but during my stint over the years the former technique has worked for the better;both in terms of understanding and scoring.I want to leave my students in bewilderment after every class in order to create interest in that particular topic, i believe once they develop that ,rest can be taken care of.
