You may "learn" soft skills quite quickly, but you have to be sure you are equipped with the necessary faculties and knowledge so that you can "Train" effectively. Remember that people come to Soft Skills Trainers with a lot of expectations and to be well equipped, look for a good degree or certificate course that "Trains" you on how to "Train" others!
You will be a respected trainer if you are well qualified from a reputed organisation. Corporate training programs almost invariably will ask you for your qualifications and certifications as a soft skills trainer. Through social media etc. you may start well, but mostly with individuals and known contacts. This way, you will only reach an average level and sooner than later quit the industry.
Trust me, think big, invest in getting trained. Google up the Soft Skills Training Academies or Courses and choose whatever suits you the best.
