It's better idea to go with building in native android, hybrid will have to many dependency on libraries and its not good approach.

Hello Mohammed, try with ionic frame work which allows you to develop hybrid app. For designing purpose you can use Javascript, HTML 5, CSS but you should have to have strong programming knowledge with java and angular JS. Let us know what challenges you are facing majorly.

Firstly, It's better to understand the mobile native app development. Understand the activity's & fragments life cycle. You will get an idea on how to manage screens while navigating and all. Then try 'Phone Gap' framework for Hybrid app development it's easy to use.
