Null and blank value are different, if you are any excel function in that if you are supplying two "" then it is called null values,and blank cells which doesn't have values

Null values are different from Blank. Applying Autofilter will show the option to select 0 for null values and (blank) to show cells that are actually blank. You can also use the formula "=ISBLANK(Cell Reference)" which will return True for blank cells and False for Null or any other value.

There is no single shortcut. You need to press Alt key first, then list of short cut for tab will be appear. then Press A for Data. Then press E for Text to columns. Alt + A + E.

You have asked a generic question. So I will try to cover some basic info. you can create 'n' number of rows in MS Excel. To add a row to your table or your excel sheet , Click on the row number and click 'Insert Row'. That is it. Enjoy..!!

You can also download various ebooks for different levels to learn on your own. It is comparatively cheaper than regular classes but learning in a regular class is more effective in my opinion

Alternatively you may also you may also use SmartArt feature to create Hierarchy or Organizational chart
