I have more than 10 years teaching experience in india and have also one year teaching experience in abroad(Vietnam). I take classes like,- Hatha yoga, power yoga, disease related yoga, stretching yoga, vinnyasa yoga, yin yoga, ashtanga yoga, gentel yoga, sun series, meditation, kriyas and pranayams etc.
