It depends on which way you want to go : Academics or Industry i.e IT. If you want to join IT industry just after completion of your degree then its totally fine to do MCA from a private college where campusing is decent. But, if you want to join academics then it is better to opt for government engineering college as they have very good professors and researchers, so you will learn a lot from them and get oppertunities to do higher studies at varioous places.

Hi Rahul,
Its depend upen which college you are going to take admission. There don't have such type of differentiate between private and Govt colleges. Now a days in Govt college faculties are also good. Before going to take admission in any college you should check the background of specific college like last two year result percentage and last two year how many students got selected in campus.
