You should get a mentor or a trainer to train you and immediately apply what you have understood in your day to day life.

The ability to convey to others and more importantly understand what others intend to communicate by using verbal, active listening and not oral methods, is known as communication skills.

What class onwards you need to teach depends on your comfort level - since you are new to this, it's better to start from 3rd or 4th standard onwards.... ...more

What class onwards you need to teach depends on your comfort level - since you are new to this, it's better to start from 3rd or 4th standard onwards. If you are comfortable, you can move towards higher classes. But one thing to remember here is that this is a long time commitment and future of the students are in your hands - parents hand over the kids to you. So we need to make sure that we are ready for the long term on this.
