I have started teaching when I passed my class 10th since 2005. But my experience for class IX - X should be considered from 2007 when I really started teaching students of these classes. I have made many of my students achieve distinction and scoring more than 90% I have a generally different approach in teaching. Firstly , I understand the fundamental level of the student where he or she stands then I plan a strategy " how to approach " then I start making my students to go accordingly as I told to them without explaining the hidden agenda. I set different goals for each student which for them act as a bench mark but the way I take them in concepts and fundamentals ultimately help them in fetching more marks than set as a benchmark. This approach is slow in beginning in terms of sudden results but overall result is more than expected.
