The first trouble a student goes through while speaking English is the fear of using incorrect grammar or getting mocked. So all you need to work is on your own confidence first. Reading and listening will only help you on your second grade development level. Start by thinking in English. Everybody thinks about things around them, situations happening around you, think about everything in English because in your thoughts, it won' matter if you speak incorrectly or if you are taking time to process your sentence. When you get into a habit of thinking in English, start a mirror exercise. Stand in front of a mirror and converse about anything. Mostly think of yourself as a speaker and talk about anything in English. Do it daily and every time you are struck or confused, look up the dictionary or internet. But keep on practicing. Once you are sure of being able to make proper sentences and pronunciation, start watching English videos with subtitles and try to repeat words in their tone. This will improve your pronunciation and idea of use of words. however, once you have gained confidence in yourself, do not stop. find a friend and tell them that you have been practicing and now you need their help. Try talking in English with them even if they don't answer you back in English. Once you get into this practice, you will eventually improve in your English speaking skills. P.S. Be patient throughout because you can't learn English in a fortnight. It will take time and practise but once you put in efforts, you will reap the benefits forever!
