Is there any age limit to learn and become a professional singer?

it depends what style you want to sing. if you want to sing indian classical then you must learn it from a good teacher for 10-15 years and practice it very hard. and then to do it professionally atlest 5 more years of struggle bcoz you have to compete with people who are doing it for more than 20-30... ...more
it depends what style you want to sing. if you want to sing indian classical then you must learn it from a good teacher for 10-15 years and practice it very hard. and then to do it professionally atlest 5 more years of struggle bcoz you have to compete with people who are doing it for more than 20-30 years. so yes if you go for indian classical yes there is an age limit . so its better to start as early as possible but if you want to make a career in light music(film, ghazal, bhajan etc.) you should learn the basics of music and voice production for 4-5 years and then you can start any timetime before your 30s because it is extreamly difficult to change your voice culture at that age.

How soon can i learn

If you have a good teacher and you practice for an hour daily you can learn the basics in 2-3 months

hindustani singing is singing the indian classical music which consist of various styles such as khayal, dhrupad, dhamar, thumri and tappa etc.all these styles of singing are different from each other

The boy can start with a Harmonium or a keyboard but the girl is too young right now
