Hello Manvindar, what i have understood from your question is you want to improve your communication skills for your job purpose, its possible to improve your communication skills by just adding selective vocabulary which is used in your domain, it would hardly be 300 to 400 words and some stander ed phrases which will surely make it easier for you to deal with your day to day life in office.

You will require minimum 50 hours of coaching to gain confidence in speaking. You can schedule your timings accordingly. Apart from the class hours, you need to practice regularly with your friends and colleagues too. This will surely boost your confidence level. All my students who were basic in English were able to speak well in 50 hours. Hence I can assure you.

In order to learn Hindi you need to learn consonants and vowels of hindi language. Its very difficult to learn hindi without a Teacher. If your only looking at speaking in hindi then in that case you can watch hindi movies or ask someone to translate from English to Hindi.

It's all about practice. But somebody must be there to hear you and tell you whether you're speaking correctly or improvement is required. It's the trainer responsibility to ensure you're improving. I can provide training for 1 month and you yourself can judge, the fee would be 5000 Rs and trust me you will not only be speaking fluently but you will also find voice-accent along with it.
