Hello Shruti, Firstly will like to suggest you to try with reading English books, newspapers, magazines etc. While trying the same do carry a dictionary or now a days smart phone. The words, the meanings of which will bother you ask Google where you can see the meaning as well as the pronunciations

Aman replied | 2 days ago

Watch documentaries with English subtitles, Watch movie like My fair lady, V for vendetta. This will help you get a command over pronunciation. At the same time read the articles from Times of India especially their editorial section. Learning proper grammar will take time but can only be done by practice.

You can speak about yourself in a way how you speak in your mother tongue. You must have confidence in yourself and speak in English the same way. Try to make short but grammatically correct sentences. If your keep on trying you will definitely be fluent in English one day. All the best.

First allow yourself to understand why you are doing this, secondly what are you going to do for learners and finally what do learners expect from you. Looking at an educational institute in the point of business is good but to be outstanding get all the questions in your mind and your students mind answered. Getting started with franchisee is the easiest way because all you need to do is invest, set up, advertise and get started. Sometimes the franchisee takes care of the advertising part also. All said and done if you want to do something unique by yourself then franchisee is not a good idea. You need to prepare all the materials on your own according to the students after you categorise them in your home town. Do some homework on this, if you need any help I'm sure there are more people out here on this forum to help. «less
