Basically am an engineer so that I can teach technical subject easily. But now am preparing for civil service so am good at general teaching too. Electrical is my degree subject. I win techfests also. In all my school or college life I lead in team leader in case of a project or something like that. So I think I have good team spirit and leadership quality. But the main reason I choose teaching is I loves teaching. Because if I spread my knowledge, if they really catch it, am so happy. That's why am chosen here to that. I tried all my near colleges and institutes to teach. My academics are excellent. Having distinction in diploma and first class in degree. And the most interview I selected for the final stage. but after that all they ask about my experience. But I don't have it. Then they avoid me. So now also I don't know how a fresher get experience .how they got experience, because one day they are also a fresher. But all need experience, but they want to understand if anyone gives a chance then the only experience comes. Instead all seeking experience rather than our marks and quality. So am confused. That's the main reason I applied for online jobs. But am confident I will get good chance to prove them my ability.
