Career Judge: Center for Career Profiling and Development was established in 2007 as an assessment consultancy firm. It offers assessment services to educational and corporate institutions for identifying and developing talent. Its career profiling/guidance services are overseen by a senior psychometricians and conducted by trained psychologists.
Its career profiling assessments are the result of over three years of intensive theoretical and practical research in the Indian settings. The Career Interest Assessment (CIA) is fine-tuned according to the conceptual framework of J.L Hollandâ??s six-factor (Hexagonal) occupational interest framework.
The main architect of the career profiling assessment is Dr. NC Joseph, who is a PhD in psychology. Dr. Joseph received his PhD from the Department of Psychology, University of Delhi in the year 2001. He has had a total work experience of more than 15 years in varied psychological services. He worked as a psychologist and career counsellor between 1995 and 1998 with a not-for-profit organization in Delhi. He worked as a Clinical Psychologist with a psychiatry hospital in Delhi between 2001 and 2004. He worked in two research projects as post-doctoral research associate, one with DRDO, Delhi and the other with University of Pavia, Italy.
From 2004 onwards till date, he has been working in the area of designing, developing and delivering psychometric assessments in the corporate as well as educational sectors.
