Resolve Student’s issues via the telephone, email or TeamViewer session.
Review content and questions created by other Content Developers to ensure quality
Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
Regular follow ups with Students with recommendations, updates and action plans
Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Managers and other team members
Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
